BT Infinity Resetting Every 14 Days

I have been watching closely at my connection’s uptime and so far it appears to be resetting every 14 days with the downstream currently at 65.90mbps, upstream at 19.46mpbs. Not sure why this is occurring and the issue isn’t isolated to just my connection, many other users in the BT forums are reporting the same results. I’ll try changing to another router just to see what happens and report back with my results later.
